We prepare detailed production budgets using industry-standard tools such as Movie Magic and EP Budgeting, tailored to your financing structure and creative scope. Our scheduling is designed for efficiency and feasibility, minimizing risk and keeping production days optimized and under control.

Our network includes top-tier department heads, union crews, and specialty vendors across Canada and the United-States. We hire based on project scope, working with experienced professionals who meet both the creative vision and operational requirements of each shoot. All crew onboarding, rate negotiation, and union coordination are handled in-house.

From securing permits and municipal permissions to managing E&O, production, and general liability insurance, we ensure your project remains legally protected and in compliance with all municipal, provincial, and federal regulations. We handle union signatory processes (e.g., SAG, ACTRA, IATSE, DGC, IASTE, and NABET) and maintain rigorous documentation throughout.
